We provide flat-rate shipping to most countries via international express air freight. Flat rate shipping means we do NOT charge extra for additional watches purchased, so you save more the more you buy!

Sometimes we miss out a country, or your country may require special shipping methods.

Shipping Times
Shipping times usally range from 5-10 business days excluding weekends and public holidays.
A tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been shipped.
Should any delays be expected (peak periods, adverse weather), we will inform you via email before shipping your order out.
Product Availability
We will ensure your purchase is in stock once we have received your order.
An invoice will then be sent to you via email within 24hrs giving you instructions on making payment and completing your order.
Once we have received your payment, your order will be shipped out as soon as we have QC'ed your purchase, which may take up to 1-2 business days.
(We know you can't wait to get your hands on your awesome stuff. )
In the event of stock shortage, our staff will email you and we can discuss the options available to you.
Severe weather
Shipping time cannot be guaranteed in the case of adverse events at the Ghost Pirates warehouse or at any of our shipping carriers, including but not limited to snowstorms, earthquakes, hurricanes, volcanic eruptions or Thanos attacking Earth.
Returns
We provide a 1 year warranty on the movement of all our products.
Any damaged, missing or incorrect items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery of your package.
We will bear the cost of reshipping the order, but the customer is liable for the cost of return shipping.
